I am committed to providing the highest quality raw milk to the Burlington community. 



Located at Bread & Butter Farm, I raise and milk 100% Grass-fed Jersey Cows. These beautiful animals are known for their creamy milk high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

My small herd of cows receive nearly 100% of their feed from the hayfields and pastures at Bread and Butter Farm. They are supplemented with low levels of organic alfalfa pellets and molasses to provide a consistent plain of nutrition throughout the grazing season. 

I am consistently committed to environmentally conscious, healthful, and artisan farming practices that Bread and Butter farm already holds dear. 


The beginnings

Before founding Henry's Dairy, I developed a keen interest in Agriculture at a young age. I honed my skills and sharpened my focus throughout my studies at University of Vermont, receiving a Bachelors of Science in Diversified Farm management in the spring of 2014. I gained further experience working at Bread and Butter Farm, Family Cow Farmstand, Essex Farm, and Shelburne Farms, throughout college and after.
